Warranty Information

At Advanced Warning Lights, we pride ourselves not only in offering a quality product at an affordable price, but also in providing continuing customer care following the customer's purchase. Advanced Warning Lights warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 5 years from the date of manufacture. During this warranty period, Advanced Warning Lights will repair or replace any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which, upon inspection, reveal a defect in material or workmanship. Warranty service will be provided during the warranty period to any Advanced Warning Lights consumer at no cost if the defective product is returned to Advanced Warning Lights.

The warranty shall be considered void for any of the following:
  • Improper installation
  • Excessive voltages
  • Unauthorized tampering/alterations
  • Inadequate wiring
  • Abuse
  • Misuse
  • Inadequate maintenance
  • Unconventional use
  • Accidental damage

All items placed in the ‘SALE Items!’ section are Final Sale and sold “As is.” New items listed in this section will have a 30 day warranty on parts. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued. Used items in this section are a Final Sale and sold “As is”. No warranty, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued to these items. In many cases, products in this section may be discontinued and replacement parts will not be readily available. Items in this section are new unless otherwise stated as being used or demonstration items. All sales in this section are final.

All Feniex products are covered under a seperate warranty. Feniex Industries, Inc. provides a 5-year, no-hassle warranty on all its LED products, including LED series, LED beacons, LED hide-a-ways and lightbars. A standard 2 year warranty is offered on all computer/hardware systems, as well as sirens, controllers, speakers and horns,and a 1 year warranty is provided on strobe, flashers and switch products. In the event that a product fails within its warranty period, the customer may return the product to Feniex for replacement or repair by following our return policy.
